  • Perform pre-docking or UWILD (Underwater Inspection in Lieu of Dry-Docking) inspections

5-Year Dry Docking Inspections

  • Execute complete vessel condition assessments ahead of scheduled dry docking
  • Compile system-based spare parts lists to support repair planning and procurement
  • Coordinate with OEMs to ensure accurate and timely quotations

5-Year Dry Docking Technical Service

  • Act as Technical Superintendent on behalf of the client during dry docking
  • Provide on-site technical advisory support across systems and repairs
  • Assist in decision-making to reduce docking time and improve outcomes

Equipment Obsolescence Survey

  • Identify outdated or unsupported systems (e.g., Sailor 6222)
  • Recommend suitable modern replacements and assist with obtaining OEM quotations

Fleet Spare Parts Availability Survey

  • Assess onboard and shore-based inventories to identify critical gaps
  • Recommend improvements to enhance logistical readiness and spare part availability

Critical Spares Requirements

  •  Ensure all OEM-designated critical spares are:
    • Available onboard each vessel
    • Held in shore-based inventory for rapid deployment

HVAC Services

  •  Perform fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC and provisions cooling systems
  • Conduct new installations or retrofit upgrades
  • Develop photographic documentation covering:
    • Disassembly and fault identification
    • Repair and commissioning
  • Submit defect reports within 24 hours for any issues affecting vessel availability or capability

Crew Training

  • Deliver tailored training programs focused on:
    • Vessel systems and control interfaces
    • Technical equipment operation and maintenance
